the wind last night!!!!


Oi no not that type....


two large trees down this morning on park..

took Jake to look on the OAK that i planted 5 years ago... it's safe and sound..
is about 4ft high now....

It has been quite hairy the past few days.... and suppssed to be very windy again at the end of the week

sure is Mand....

as the acorn that i grue it from.. came from a tree that is a direct descendant from the major oak in Sherwood forest... so i was told by the old lady where i got the acorn from..

erm.. no don't think so!! grim.

nor did i swap a cow for the acorns..


was just a normal old lady who lived next door to my sister, who had a large oak tree in her back garden which she had grown from a acorn from the major oak, I've no reason to doubt her word.. has i as a kid was aloud to play inside the major oak on visits to Sherwood forest..

Lets hope it becomes a major oak in its own right eventually
