    Qatar 2010

    So, questions.

If that Honda was as fast as it was, why did Pedrosa go backwards so quickly?

Will Stoner stay on long enough to win anything? (at least it wasn't the warm up lap)

Given another few laps, would Lorenzo has caught Rossi?

Why was the BBC commentary 2 seconds ahead of the pictures?

  2. Pedrosa hasn't got the suspension sorted following the change to ohlins, at least that was the excuse that was coming out.

Did rossi actually run out of fuel after the finish? I didn't hear any explanation.

Sounds like an excuse. Suspension? He was in the lead, then went backwards at a pace. Unless his suspension screwed his tyres after 5 or 6 laps, I would have thought the speed of the Honda should have kept him at the front longer.

Not seen anything to confirm Rossi was out of fuel, but it seems most likely.

Spies was the 'man of the match' for me

Rossi did indeed run out of fuel.

Entered park ferme on the back of a breakdown truck.

    Much more importantly :

    1 : What caused Stoner's off ?

    2. And why wasn't there any camera on him at the time ? Very sloppy TV direction.

Spies did very well indeed, but so too did Hayden, until the very end.

Stoner fell off because he's backed off after geting a 2s lead. He had started to lose the front in fast corners, so started to go steady.

Then lost the front because he wasn't loading it up enough. Read more here

Seems like Hayden is getting to grips with the Duecarti after last year.

Stoner falls off as soon as he see the word 'Rossi' on his pit board.

Pedrosa doesn't like the new Honda chassis and is still using the old one.

Who watches it on the beeb, I'd rather watch it with adverts on Eurosplurt and get a decent commentary.

  7. I watch it on the Beeb, don't have pay TV (except for the licence fee)

As I don't know any other commentators then it really makes no difference
