T was in great pain riding her bike today, but despite that she did ace, and it was great to go out with her again

Tis all to do with her back and neck... she had really bad pain in her hand/arm and could not use the clutch

She does have painkillers, but forgot to take them...

I did feed her some ibuprofen though.
