it was a civil affair... read me my rights...then told me what speeds they clocked me at.. asked me what i had to say about the speed and the reason why i was clogging it.... no point in giving them bull shit.. just told them that i had a long day un i wonted to get home.. signed the statement.. was told to keep it under 90 for the rest of my jerney home..
