or, in explorer or my documents, right click on the photo select edit.

now select image > stretch/skew and enter the new height & width ie. 50% 50%

the file > save as. (always keep the big original)

that's the cool part of that site... ya gets to keep the big original + you can crop it and rename it

being on windows 2000 i have found it most usfull.....
