Any news?

Since I saw you my 15 year old Nephew has been diagnosed with testicular cancer. He is going to Addenbrookes for treatment. Apparently he has two types of cancerous cell. But is awaiting test results to see where and how much it has spread. The only good news is hes really chilled about it.

Bad news for your nephew.

I had the same 2 years back.

Good news is it's the 'best' cancer to have with an almost 100% success rate for curing it. (not that best is a good word to use) Actually the UK has the best survival rate in Europe.

Fingers crossed it all goes well, thoughts are with him & his family!

hello mate, Guy at work had the same, He lost a nut but he is a lot older, blames it on sleeping with depleted uranium rounds in Gulf 1 (ex Royal Artillery) He's made a full 100% recovery Reckons he's got no 'side effects' ie fully functioning & leaves as much of a mess as before ! Only thing is he thinks he's got a tendancy to walk in circles ! A good positive attitude is required sounds like the lad's got that, Good on him & god bless him.
