Oh --- I did have a day as an 'observer' with the deputy area health officer for Penwith (Cornwall) Seems beef can give you tape worms ! It's found in 2 places in cattle their cheeks & in the skirk, (Ribs) Skirt beef is what mainly goes into cornish pasties. aint mother nature lovely ? Saw some fine examples of cancers in cattle carcases --- Hungry anyone ??
