erm.. no don't think so!! grim.

nor did i swap a cow for the acorns..


was just a normal old lady who lived next door to my sister, who had a large oak tree in her back garden which she had grown from a acorn from the major oak, I've no reason to doubt her word.. has i as a kid was aloud to play inside the major oak on visits to Sherwood forest..

Lets hope it becomes a major oak in its own right eventually
