My head is fine now Mandy thanks for asking... was a miner concussion.. just made me more dizzier than usual.... i know i shouldn't make light of it!!.. i had to close one eye to get back to the pits (double vision )..

hows your arm ?

been on ibuprofen every 4 hours since Sunday... i should be firing on all fours soon.. Hopefully
