yer.. remember the last time.. phoned the help line.. got this foreigner on "India" i think.. had a chat as you do.. then the bugger put me on hold...
15 minutes i was on hold.. then the phone went dead.. so phoned back.. this time i said if you put me on hold or the line gos dead.. I'm stopping the DD and going to pull the lot out and you can send your engineer to pick your stuff up on the street.. cause that's where he'll find it (i had a pulse that night) just like magic 10 minutes all was back on.. just needed to reboot me set box..
still don't get why we need to phone India to solve a problem in UK ?
