Nope just the local NHS doctors surgery
cool... and a BP machine for your own use..
mind i would prolly miss use mine.. and knock my self out..
I have to take it back in a week and a half... i have managed to take it once so far.... and strangely enough it was a bit lower than when i was at the docs !!
erm well i think it would be.. see you are relaxed at home..
go for a walk around the block and then take it... see would be like a walk to the doc's.. that will push it up a tad...
I'll maybe try before i go to the blood place and when i get back (i'm walking there)!!
Evening,
it's the stress of being at the Dr's that put's your BP up.
Hi Sloppy... the Nurse said it could be that too, but it was like it both visits..
I'll just have to keep my log and see how it goes
I'm always told my BP is a little high, but when I do it myself it's ok.
That's why they send the monitors home.
Oh well fingers crossed... and i did take straight after i got home from work...
