    supper.. a day of rest is in order.. gather your thoughts.. get a plan of action!!
    show them swines at work that your not to be messed about with tell them that you turned down a better job with more prospects to stay where you are.. and what are they going to do about it.. tell them you deserve a better Deal than what they are offering...

    i know this post is off theme.... but i think it's relevant to your thoughts..
