Ho well the food has gone... but have no idea who the culprit was something has eaten well...

The no smoking bit happened at our place years ago.... i spent many a time stood outside in the pouring rain!! Glad i finally managed to give, just wish i could lose the excess weight i put on though !!!

Hmmmm so it could have been by Horris or birds... or ?? Intriguing !

yer the firm has brought it in a month earlier than the rest of England..

give it a go and see what happens...

well have cut down only 3 fags at work in a 8 hour stint so have cut down by half..

on that note if my mother had only smoked 3 a day I'd have been 6" tall

Mand Don't worry about weight.. it comes and go's ..to me health is more inportant.. TBH I've never met a woman yet that is not happy with the way they are.. (just my opinion not every ones).. i know I'm gunner pay for that!!
