morning all... post race day... Ho Boy do i Ache!!!
gray, wet, start.. windy.. overcast... fact not very nice at all..
my body feels like a herd of buffalo has run over it!!
but thats the price of having a fantastic day yesterday..
What can i say but.. Wow !!
