Yep am on salary... we have different contracts... mine is actually 9 - 5 monday to friday, i wont sign the new one, but have agreed to work the other hours for the time being.... i still have the option to change my mind and go to another branch and work 9 - 5 if i want to

T and i had a nice ride to Swancote, but saw a couple of bike cops lurking on the way, so we did not "make progress".

On the way back there was not so much traffic so we came back a bit quicker than we went... We got overtaken by two bikes, but actually kept them in sight and pulled up behind them at a junction about 7 miles further on
