Micro$oft have changed their security policies.
They now have spam/junk filters on their email gateways that stop emails even getting to the mailboxes.
There was a problem with these filters stopping all mail from the Fasthosts mail clusters going to Hotmail.com
Fasthosts (my ISP) contacted hotmail and on the second attempt the problem was resolved, hopefully permanently.
