If i want to ask about an inner tube for harry's crosser, should that be in general or here?

If it's momo related it has to go in general, to help attract 'proper' bikers, so we can steal their lunch money and stuff.

And where would the fact that the Tedium has a slow puncture go? And would the fact that I don't intend to do anything about it make a difference? (to where it goes, not to the Tedium)
