5 am is rather early :(

I just need to be ready to leave by about 9 am i think.

i had to be at work for six... i like at least a hour to wake up un crow bar my self out the door... :)

Was very warm, but managed it in 49 mins.... did not break any records but did better than i anticipated with complete lack of training !!
