What do ya think ?....

I'm going out on a limb here.... not 100% on outcome... but here go's..

some of you may remember ? years ago late 70's early 80's, the brakes we had were shit!!... unless you had £££££'s to spend on BREMBO'S etc..

now i have this idea.. I'm thinking of putting GSX1100 disc's on front end and calipers.. now that was a good upgrade for the GS1000 at the time.. and I'm 99% sure that they should fit on the front of my GT.. well it dose have a GS
front wheel & forks circa 70's 80's... well that's one half of my worry ??

now on the rear end.... what I've done here is...this is the tricky bit!!
1st i got a GS750 wheel then got a GS1000 swing arm (I'm 99.9% sure it's the same diameter where it fits into the frame on the pivot bolt) also I've just acquired a GSX1100 rear caliper & disc and reservoir..

well that's the plan.. now have any of you ever done this type of conversion
from drum brake to disc ?

any tips or advice... discuss.
