has "Ghost Rider" been busted.... ?

was looking on you-tube... as you do... and found a video of him being busted!! by the cops

they couldnt link him with any of the vids / stunts as he has never been identified.
I reckon that the worst they could do was charge him with having his bike in a pedestrian area and possibly impersonating GR.
The bike looked legal (number plate etc) so unless they actually saw him do something off camera and got his reg, what could they do?
