Breaking's......
theft....
criminal damage...
Anti-social behaviour.....
and at times "Murder".....
But!!!
if you commit one of these most heinous crimes they'll come down on you very hard....
smoke in a enclosed building...... (up to £1000 fine)
not picking your dog mess up..... (up to £1000 fine)
speed.... (£ unlimited)
