For those of you who dont use Noddingdogs, here are the accomodation details for R3.

Campsite...

that's nearest to evening do ...

about 10 mins from town centre..

Hotel....

it is £58 per room and is in the town centre and walking distance from the evening venue.

As per the norm it is up to your goodselves to book a room..

We have noticed that the campsite has a notice on its website stating NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES - has anyone found out if our vans are going to be allowed?

oooh eck Mrs! that is the day after we get back from our hols. For some reason I thought it was later in the month. Looks like the Sunday is gonna be busy, very busy, sorting holiday clothes out and getting school/college clothes ready for the Monday

Following Noodle's sound, if repeated advice, (or is there an echo in here?) :p

I've rung them, they are happy with a small van (i.e. small transit sort of size)
but not "big box wagons with lettering" (their words)
Best mention it if you have a van/commercial when you book anyway though....

Right, family akey booked into the campsite fri and sat night!

Missus will be arriving late, and I should be on the bike. I get in from a european meeting that pm then riding from watford to the campsite. Might come and scrounge a brew if anyone is around fri night untill the missus arrives :D

shall be there but late Friday night im afraid' and the only brew i will be drinking with be from a can. ;) nothing like getting tent up in the dark

Thanks for the offer grim, I think Maxie is on plot 20 and we are on 21, I am off to holland now so see some of you on Fri, if not Sat.

PS I will be the one looking lost in the campsite on a blue white gixer :lol:
