Cracking Meet..

the only down fall on week night meets... is we don't get long to chill & chat..

but then again just having a hour and a bit with you guys.. is worth the trip over.. glad i gave me sunday run out a miss to come over your way.. :)

I'm sure we could fit a run in before round 2 that's 3 Sundays or saturdays..
but Sundays are less Hassle.... Don't hit the shopping traffic.. :)

I had to go to Brum today and it wa chucking it down on way back... flash floods all along the Hagley Road from Five Ways.

Was very scary, and my poor car nearly drowned :(

I was so glad i was not on a bike, it was about 4 ins deep in places

mind it's a 50 ish mile run home from there for me..

mind the "stormy petrol" run is ferther.. but far better roads.. cracking run..:)

I did 92 miles in all yesterday... its saying 40 miles to Tern Hill so would be about the same i should think... just need to negotiate Wolverhampton !!

It did take a good soak with wet kitchen roll to get them there bugs off it !

Have you tried washing up liquid on a damp cloth.. then wipe with kitchen role ?

have found that works well :)

Have not tried that... i normally wet a piece(s) of kitchen roll, and put that over the helmet, bike or car and leave for a while... bugs normally come off quite easily !

give it a go Mand.... hardly any effort involved and no scratching then wipe off with clean wet cloth... dry with kitchen role..
