Going to do a quick oil change on my bike not to difficult I know as I tend to do one between services but the last time I did one I just went out with old in with the new and a new filter, Now Im wondering should I use some sort of engine flush or not?? I dont want to **** up my clutch plates or anything!!

Adding a couple of spoons of sand to the old oil a few thousand miles before you change it should flush the engine well for the next change.

Great idea, do you think grinding paste in the oil would keep the inlet ports polished?

While you're doing an oil change, you might as well WD40 the discs too.
