Glad your up and about and breathing mate. Bike looks a bit damaged, do you know if the frame has been damaged?.

pet hate of mine is traffic jams... bloody detest um!! being stuck in a cue of traffic going nowhere... Holiday traffic!! (cringe).. once a year is enough for us.. :)
