External links logging me out of SS

Slopp - why does clicking on an external link keep logging me out of Sparkies? I just clicked on a crash.net link. It opened in a new tab, leaving Sparkies open in the main tab (I use FF v3.6). When I'd finished with the article, I closed the tab, taking me back to Sparkies. However, when I tried to navigate within SS, it'd logged me out.

I'm on FF3.6 and XP Pro sp3 everything works fine for me.

Nick, if you've got any addons installed try disabling them, see if it makes any difference.

Cheers Bob - just disabled Microsoft .NET Framework Assistant 1.1, and all now seems to work fine. I haven't the faintest idea what it did (apart from apparently causing the above problem...)
