i then had an oh ferk moment when i knew i may have to stop to turn right further down the hill knowing hed catch up with me unless one of the cars ahead of him wanted to turn right too lol

...I have the same thing on the ride to and from work - but it's more of the tin box nobbers trying to close the gap as I'm filtering - I've found a good slap on the wing mirror is most rewarding. Sometimes the commute can be like a game of Bop-It.
