    Ah Ha!! it's that dam stiff neck innit.. may i be so Bold to suggest "Ibroprophen" it has dam good stuff in side.. will reduce swelling (in the muscles) "anti-inflammatory" and will also relieve pain.. it did help me with my aching backside.. "after round one"
