What browser are you using Taz? The blue bar above this with the white X on a red background on the right, does it say "internet explorer" or "mozilla firefox" or other?

Click on 'tools->internet options'

Click on 'security', set 'internet' zone to 'medium'.
Click on 'restricted sites', click on 'sites'. Check sparkies isn't in the 'websites' box.

Cool, did it work tho there are a few other reasons why it might still not work.

All we just checked were the 'zone' you're looking at. When you run IE, it tells you what 'zone' the page you're looking at is in, near the bottom right of the IE window. Whatever zone it thinks that page is in, it'll apply all the security for that zone to that page if that makes sense. Probably doesn't. It's not important.
