I seem to remember things weren't so different when I was that age and I survived.
If you 'big up' the injustice factor he could carry a chip for years - better to just say stuff ' em and look for something better and build on both his work experience and his lesson in management dealings.

and they are on the case.. and they are Disgusted with the manor that He has been treated by the firm... He has a offer of three jobs to look at on tuesday!! and also has no Black marks on His work record....
