Yep, especially as the 250's are being replaced with 600's with a common engine.

Hasn't happened yet - they say a week in the article.

Next year they're going back to 1000cc 4 cylinders, which means engines very similar to road bikes, I reckon it's so poorer teams can use lumps more like superbike engines and save a few quid.

If they do that, they'll still be at the back of the grid as the engines will be shit in comparison to the likes of Honda, Yamaha and Ducati. You can only tune a SBK engine so much, even if you are allowed to use prototype parts.
