An update on our charity this year : Fragile X
I spoke at length this afternoon with Amanda, our contact at Fragile X.
She is thrilled that we are going to support the charity this year and very helpful about collecting tins, posters, badges and so on for the race days and other occasions.
I'll be talking to her nearer the day of R1 to arrange all this.
She has seen pics of last years racing, thinks it a hoot and would love to come along to a round, probably Slough.
She did seem concerned that some of the riders may get hurt.
I assured her that only the riders who fall out with the Race Director get hurt.
That's right lads, eh ?
