As with most forums Sparky Slider suffers from people registering just to post junk, usually selling rubbish or links to porn sites.
With the latest site update, the number of 'spammers' getting through the registration process has reduced but, it hasn't stopped altogether.
I've made some changes, that will hopefully stop the problem.
From now on, all posts made by recently registered accounts will be scanned for SPAM. Any that fail the test will be put in the queue for moderation.
So, if you've posted something and it hasn't appeared yet, it's probably just waiting for a moderator to release it.
I hope this works as it will keep the junk off the forums.
