and once again my body feels like a herd of buffalo has trampled over it..

i thought a few hours at work this morning would help me with the stiffness i awoke with... but after resting this afternoon i feel worse now!!

am taking ibuprofen every 4 hours to help with the pain..

Wow that moto-x track has busted me up....

FANTASTIC!! what a hoot.. will try and not to knock my self out at round 3..
but i think it was a blow out on front tyre that gave me a big off at the jump..

a big up to all the guys & gals that made it a brill day.. :)

Was an ace weekend... Big thanks to GLC for preparing the track so well.

I ache lots too and my arm is going a lovely shade of purple !

yes that is large bruise you have on your arm.. i am glad you is ok though!!

not good being run over is it..

erm.. my head is the only place that dos not ache!!

i find the rest of my body keeps my mind off the two bruises on me face!!

Right Mon morning and I still feel like I have been hit by a train, and willow is the same!!!

Big thanks to all who made the day what it was, and to the GLC troops for sorting such a great track.

Went through my pics that i managed to take before my arms gave up holding the camera steady and I will put them up next weekend when I am back home with broadband.
