OK here go's... today have started bike up fist time this week... only chance i have had at work... right.. when you hold down the gear lever it should disengage the gear box drive, and you should be able to blip the throttle and stay put... well i have found that when i blip the throttle the bike takes off the clutch is not disengaging and makes a clunky gear change..

looking at the adjuster it don't look like there is much room for adjustment..

ie; not much of the grub screw showing out of the lock nut..about 4mm..

any ideas folks ?

Try going the other way Von, turn it anticlockwise until you feel pressure on the screw, then screw it clockwise about one eighth of a turn.

I think anyway.
