Nearest hotel is the Travelodge currently have 75 rooms free that night for £50 per room

Its about a 1km walk from the hotel to the pub.
Team managers will be getting an email asking for numbers attending the evening function. It's important we get your feedback so that we know the numbers we are catering for.

S1opp quick one, we are looking at camping (campervan) will it be possible to get access to the track on the fri night so that we can camp there, or is it more appropriate to sort a campsite out nearby?

For those that want to camp I have booked into the following site that is a 5 min walk from The Pheasant.

Briarfields motel and touring site, www.briarfields.net 01242 235324. Costs are £12 per night for a tent or £14 for a caravan/motorhome. When I spoke to them they had lots of space. They like payment in advance and if you are planning on arriving late on fri they will give give you direction so that you can go straight to your pitch.

If anyone else is camping let me know and we can hook up for a beer at the campsite!

Akey transport is my bag... right if you would like to go down Friday afternoon.. I'll come over to yours say.. sat 30th or sun 1st the week before and collect the bike.. that would also save time on Saturday morning of the 7th...will leave it with you ? ...could chat about it on sunday the 17th if you like..

food will be served before 9pm, this is the Pheasant btw.
