THE BASTARDS!!

The firm he's has worked for... for the past 6 months.. nearly 7 months..(on the books)

have sent him back to E to E... so they can let him know he's been finished !!!

I'm going to seek legal advice about this.....

my boss as asked me not to go over to my sons ex firm today..

what a bunch of complete feckless bastards

Archie.. i try fact is i have trouble with English.. have spent 49 years trying to get the hang of it... would have trouble trying to learn another language!!

is as good as it gets.. :)

S1opp... first excuse was that they have no work for him.. later i find out the fitter has blamed my son for braking a gear lever on a 7.5 toner.. my son was told to raise the cab of the truck.. so the fitter could have a shufty at the engine.. after the fitter had done, he then told son to lower the cab back down.. witch he did... but the gear lever got snagged by the cab and snapped off.... "personally i think it's a load of bollocks"

tomorrow i will try and find out why E to E was asked to lay my son off

and try and blag a meeting with my sons ex boss!!

I'm convinced my son has been made a scape goat of.. Christ he's only 16 and should be supervised on all activities in the garage he's a trainee FFS!!

He did a 45 hour week and got £2 ph.. i suppose they'll set some one on for less....

sounds like a big con to get cheap labour.

Boot 'em out before they get settles and expect more dosh, and set the next sucker on.

trouble is... Mand He is not a apprentice!!

E to E... is a government backed service... that take on school levers and train them, give them Health and safety courses, and find them 2 week work placements... "unpaid of course.. unless parents don't work then they get £30 pw".. my son had a two week placement with this firm witch he was hoping to get a NVQ in warehousing, after the two weeks the firm set luke on full time,

but they said they would only pay him £2 ph for his first few months, and after that they would put his money up to minimum wage,(witch is £3.60 for a 16/17 year old),

3 months went by.. and then they put him in the garage and told him that they was thinking of offering him a apprenticeship, but he would have to stop on his £2 ph,

then E to E told him to sign off from there books, witch he did,

6 months on.. now the firm as sent him back to E to E for them to tell him he's got the push!!

you can't make this shit up!!! unberlievable

Von - he's 16, he'll get over it!

I seem to remember things weren't so different when I was that age and I survived.

If you 'big up' the injustice factor he could carry a chip for years - better to just say stuff ' em and look for something better and build on both his work experience and his lesson in management dealings.
