Jake's just gone off on one.. so had me a look.. hedgehog!! out back this time of day ?.. so have put some dog food out.. the buggers scouting for food i think.. wrong time of day i know.. but food is out just in case :)
eating.. and he has eaten the lot.. :)

yer have Jake covered... he's on "PROGRAM" put it on him every two months.. it don't kill fleas.. but stops them reproducing... and keeps him flea free and us :)
Ho and the buggers flat out again.. He truly has a fantastic life Here :)

We had a similar visitor, minus a leg....
Eventually took him to a hedgehogf sanctuary nearby, where we realised we'd been feeding him all the wrong stuff for hid digestion.
Cat food, milk...nearly killed him...-)
Mand looks like you had a grate time out.. brill photos to boot.. :)
Archie.. yes you are so right.. i also in the past have had dealings with the rescue center for hedgehogs.. here in Long Eaton.. that said I'll only feed them Dog food & water.. i have saved a baby hog in my back yard.. rang the rescue center and they told me what to do pre there arrival.. good points made.. :)

According to Tiggywinkles dog or cat food is fine as is water, but bread and milk are a no no :)

Ho good news.. we have just had a little down poor of rain.. so all the snails and slugs & worms will be in abundance tonight... so Hungry Horiss will not be on the prowl tomorrow at the wrong time... fingers crossed :)

Ho Boy is he in for a shock!! Them buggers can nip..
I've never encouraged him to chase them.. it's just he feels it's his job to run them up a tree..:)

Its quite a nice canal ... a little way along it are a flight of nine locks in quite a short space.

right I've been round that way.. Pensnett estate & brierley hill.. we deliver to the seating manufactures and upholstery makers.. i had no idea that there was canal there.. looks nice to..:)

Yep i am not far from there.... and yes the canal has some very nice bits
well it's grate that there are some unspoilt places left for us to enjoy and a bonus to live right by them to... :)

although the ruckus the starlings are creating over the morning feeding frenzy (they love the seeded bread) not even Jake will get involved with that lot..

The no smoking bit happened at our place years ago.... i spent many a time stood outside in the pouring rain!! Glad i finally managed to give, just wish i could lose the excess weight i put on though !!!

Sound pretty hopeful, either horris is full or has wandered off to pastures anew... we'll have to wait until tomorrow and see if it has been eaten.

Mand.. He has chews for chomping... gravy bones for tats (park) Hide chews for gnawing.. large foot balls & toys for amusement (usely chews them).. and if He's not walking/chasing/playing/chewing.... He's flat out twitching... :)

nah... I'm to soft with him i know.. but i find you give the best... and intern reap the best... fact in the past 4 years he's never chewed the furnisher.. and that's good for a boxer.. erm well he did chew my sons phone once.. but that was sons fault.. dopey bugger left it on carpet!! Jake took it for a toy.. :)
