i am bored so was wondering what songs get you going again.

chumbawomba - i get knocked down.

sad gitsong but always cheers me up
was on the radio today and i sang my little heart out while driving (sorry if it rains)

aerosmiths - big ten inch record

always makes me smile

With lots of memories. Certain songs connect to specific events / people. And the memory makes me happy

Status Quo - In the army now = a particularly good night I had at a club when I was a student

Dexys Midnight Runners- Come on Eileen = Holiday on Tenerife where I was the only guy with a group of 10 women :D

Fleetwood Mac - Tango In The Night = Riding my first bike to a mates house

Dire Straits - Love Over Gold = A girl I should have gone out with but didnt have the courage to ask out until it was too late

Marillion - Garden Party = hanging out in a cousins bedroom

And one that is very bitter sweet - The birdie song = A colleague that died very young of a brain haemorrhage. She had asked for it to be played at her funeral. So always reminds me of her

too many too mention as i am old' some make me smile, some make me feel full of life, some bring back good memories, some bring back bad, although the good memories follow.. oh the oldens will know what i mean
